Make sure that my style fits the client (you) preference for the model. I will not imitate other style and only draw based on the provided character sheet.
I have the right to refuse the order for any reason.
The client has to provide character sheet and detail personality, ambience, and other details to smoothen the drawing process. (Character design can be discussed at an extra charge if that is something you would need!)
The client may use this model for commercial purposes such as streaming, social media graphics, and advertising his/ her product/ activities.
I would love if you credited me in your descriptions but it is not required.
I can use the arts for portfolio/ marketing purpose (credit for the client will be given properly) If the client prefer the model to be shown after the debut date, feel free to inform the artist.
Upfront payment through Paypal, venmo, or cashapp. I will send an invoice after confirming the order to the client. Payment plans will be available if needed!The turnaround time may vary depending on my workload, how many people are in queue, and the complexity of the model. During normal conditions, 1 model takes approximately 3-4 weeks to finish. The clients will always be informed when delay occurs.
The client has an option to be prioritized by paying 2x of the original price as a rush fee.
The client will receive WIP screenshot and 3 revision slots (major revision applicable during sketching stage only for art, once we are in the rigging stage I will not edit the art).My models are based to run in Vtube Studio, please let me know if that doesn't work for you.
For Vtuber model, the client will receive a high resolution art in PNG (transparent background), and character design art (if purchased character design commission) via E-mail (no physical copies). And the folder that can be imported into Vtube Studio.
No refunds, if I have started the work. Thank you for understanding.
The client is not permitted to change and resell the model to third party.
The clients can discuss any adjustment or changes after the delivery of the commission; however, major changes will be charged.
The prices may change based on the complexity of the design.
Purchasing a commission means you agree to all the points above.
